G-Well Homes Wangsimni by Shin-Young is a co-living residence for the emerging generation in urban Seoul. Joongho Choi Studio was approached by Shin-Young to set the design strategy for G-well Homes. The final result includes designing the common areas, various types of rooms, and building visual identity.

G-Well Homes Wangsimni was designed to contain the necessary service for the residents and provide shared spaces to form a sense of community. The concept evolved from two questions; how do we make a rental space feel more personal and how do we make a compact space to feel more generous?
